I’m completely out of track! since its holiday season me and my family have a lot of dinners to go and we have gorgeous food and desserts and cookies and even my mom bought the good cereal called “Krave”… what a coencidence huh? its like this cereal that has small chocolate pillows full of chocolate.
I mean I looooove this season! and I’ve been like “whatever, its the holidays!” but I haven’t worked out for like 2 weeks now and with this diet, i can TOTALLY see the difference.
